Mine victims face tremendous difficulties in securing a living.
Normally the resources are unavailable to these people, and
so they face a lack of means for cultivation, less or no land,
no access to draft animal, seeds and other food productivity
means. They are in great need of assistance to build on their
capacity in order to be able to change the traditional handout
mentality.
