Mr. Mounh Sarath, CVD director, was awarded with the Medal of State Officer
"Monisaraphoeurn" by the Royal Government under a state sub-decree Nš 774
on 1st September 2003.
He received it for his remarkable contribution to Cambodian cultural and environmental
conservation and the accumulation of millions of USD of funding to help the poor and
underprivileged.
The Medal was presented by H.E. Sok An, the Minister of Interior of Cambodia.
Mounh Sarath has been the Executive Director of Cambodian Vision in Development
(CVD) since he founded this organization on September 1st 2000.
